As a Medical Advisor, Dr Liz works with health tech companies, startups and consumer health brands to ensure their products, services and communications are clinically credible, patient-centred and grounded in real-world healthcare.

Currently Dr Liz is working with UK major brands Boots, Always & Tampax (P&G) as part of their year-long campaign Know Your Flow - making menstrual health education more accessible and reliable. Dr Liz is working as their Medical Health Expert for the campaign for 2026-27.

Liz brings a unique perspective spanning clinical medicine, patient experience, women’s health, health communication and advocacy, helping organisations translate complex medical evidence into solutions that are accurate, accessible and genuinely useful.

Dr Liz published her first White Paper in 2026 outlining her models of the Diagnosis Spiral, Thrive Arc and the impact of diagnostic delay. Liz has spent time researching and recognising the impact of delayed diagnosis island medical dismissal can turn a physical problem into a psychosocial and economic one. In the white paper Liz outlines a proposed new healthcare framework to help the women's health crisis.

In 2023 Liz began work on a major voluntary project utilising her experiences of recovering from birth trauma and her own medical diagnoses, to produce a UK Women's Health campaign - Scars of Gold. What began as a national project ultimately gathered international interest, with the podcast being listened to in over 70 countries and attendees at the event in London from multiple continents.

Scars of Gold sought to put a spotlight on women's health inequalities, by sharing messages of hope and strength through interview, photography and art.

Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, whereby broken ceramics are repaired with gold, 100 women were interviewed by Liz and photographed by photographer Sammy Weston. The full collection was exhibited in London in 2025.
